Kelscey A. Boyle, Esq. joined Weinstein Lindemann & Weinstein in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Kelscey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla J.S.C. t/a in the Superior Court of New Jersey, both in the Family Part and the Appellate Division.
Kelscey’s clerkship experience provided her with a unique insight to the workings of the Family Part, where she drafted judicial opinions in matrimonial and non-matrimonial matters. Kelscey’s experience in the Appellate Division included the legal analysis of complex family and non-family cases that were issued for publication. Kelscey is also accredited by the Administrative Office of the Courts as a mediator of custody and matrimonial disputes.
Kelscey received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. She was also bestowed the honor of being named a Distinguished Scholar and served as Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review Journal of Law. While in law school Kelscey was an intern to the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey, and to the Honorable Patty Shwartz for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Kelscey received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, where she was a member of the Division I Villanova cheerleading team and Kappa Kappa Gamma women’s fraternity.
Kelscey is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Florida bar.
