The firm started in 1993 when Jeffrey P. Weinstein formed a boutique matrimonial firm with two associates.
Edward S. Snyder joined the firm in 1998 and the name was changed to Weinstein Snyder, A Professional Corporation. Ed headed the family law department of a large New Jersey firm immediately prior to teaming up with Jeff.
In 2000, Cynthia B. Lindemann was named a partner of the firm. The firm name was changed and was known as Weinstein Snyder Lindemann, A Professional Corporation.
In 2004, the firm named Angelo Sarno as partner, and changed the firm name to Weinstein Snyder Lindemann Sarno, A Professional Corporation.

Ed's significant contributions to the matrimonial bar have been noticed across the country and throughout the world. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML), as is Jeff. He has been active in both organizations, serving as vice president of both the AAML and the US Chapter of the IAML.
Cynthia has parleyed the knowledge she has accumulated as an exclusive family law practitioner for more than 15 years to build her reputation. Her wealth of experience is invaluable to us.
Angelo is the youngest attorney to be Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, and he is a truly dedicated champion of the rights of his clients.
Evan, chosen by his peers as a Rising Star, is the youngest partner of the firm. He has practiced matrimonial law both in New York and New Jersey.
