In tribute to Jeffrey P. Weinstein, the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) announced a change to the name of its ICLE Family Law Summer Law Institute. Beginning with this year’s session, which runs July 25 – 26, the program will be called The Jeffrey P. Weinstein Family Law Summer Institute.

Jeff dedicated his life to practicing law in New Jersey and teaching the next generation of lawyers, which is why he started the Family Law Summer Institute more than 25 years ago with attorney Mark Sobel. Mark wrote a heartfelt tribute to Jeff that appeared in New Jersey Family Lawyer.

Evan Weinstein, who will deliver the introduction with Mark on July 25, appreciates the recognition for his father, noting, “Mark’s longtime friendship with my dad, and their collaboration on the annual ICLE Family Law Program, is a testament to their mutual respect for one another.”
